The place is free to play, online, and 16 players per server. Rebirth is not a local split-screen skip and it is not a single-player-only cheat. Other people will still be scooping cans in the same lobby while you decide whether the next reset is worth it.

What a rebirth actually changes

Public guides describe rebirth as a way to gain permanent stud bonuses. Studs are the score-adjacent currency you earn from how far you fly. A stacked bonus means later launches pay more for the same distance, which buys the next car row faster. Extra maps are the visible payoff. Candy / Candyland is the named world players hunt after they have already learned the starter rainbow.

A rebirth is a progression reset with a map unlock, not a cosmetic. Expect to rebuild part of the gas-and-car cycle on the new map. Pets you already own still matter; an empty board after prestige is how people stall in Candy with a pretty sky and no speed. That is why pairing rebirth with a real gas route matters more than mashing the button the first time it lights up.

Do not rebirth mid-run. Distance on the rainbow track is the high score. Clicking prestige (or letting Auto Rebirth fire) while the car is in the air can discard a personal best. Prestige from the lobby after you are willing to reset that cycle.

push to start did not leave a Steam-style patch blog. The public record of Candy is creator footage from January 2023 onward plus older copies of the game description that listed an Update 5 bundle in almost patch-note language:

Candy is not a rumor in 2026. Whether your account has unlocked it depends on how many rebirths you have actually taken and whatever the live teleporter still requires. When you should rebirth

Wait if:

• You have not redeemed Update5, FreePet, GasBoost, and the rest. Prestige does not replace free gas and two named pets.
• Pet slots are empty. Equip Monster Pet, Universal Varan, and whatever you hatched. See How to Get Pets.
• You have never completed a clean launch. Getting Started is the day-one order; rebirth is not.
• You cannot refill a tank without staring at an empty lobby. Candy still needs cans.

Go if:

• Codes are claimed, several pets are equipped, and you can refill gas on purpose.
• Your last few launches are no longer teaching you anything on the starter rainbow.
• You are willing to rebuild a shop car on the next map and you know how to go farther after the reset.
• You would rather take the prestige now than farm the same short rainbow for another hour.

A practical rule: rebirth is a reward for a stable loop, not a skip button for people who have not learned cans yet. Auto Rebirth at 129 Robux only automates the click. It does not lower the threshold, magnet gas, or launch the car. Buy it after you have prestiged on purpose at least once and keep forgetting the button, not as a day-one skip.

How rebirth sits next to passes and codes

Auto Collect at 399 Robux is the magnet that restocks Candy after a reset. Auto Rebirth at 129 Robux is the click. They are two Shop rows. VIP, 2x Studs, Triple Hatch, and extra pet slots do not prestige for you. Prices for the rest of the board are on Gamepasses.

Numbered codes (Update5 down to Update1) are fossils of the same era that shipped Candy. Redeem them before a prestige so the new map does not start from a dry tank. FreePet and Release belong in slots on every map, including Candy.

Achievements are another free gas source public guides mention. Walk the lobby, claim what the HUD still offers, then prestige. Do not skip a free pile because the Candy thumbnail looks nicer.

After you land in Candy

1. Confirm you are still in Car Race by push to start, not a clone.
2. Redeem any leftover codes if Shop still accepts them.
3. Equip the strongest pets you kept. Hatch the exclusive egg only after the board is wearing something.
4. Walk cans and dig crosses. Candy is still a lobby.
5. Buy the next honest gas car. Ignore Robux showpieces until distance is moving.
6. Launch, read the number, then decide whether another rebirth is actually next.

If Candy feels slower than the starter rainbow, you prestiged with a weak pet line or an empty tank. That is a loadout problem, not a broken map. Return to How to Go Far and the tier list instead of buying an unofficial auto-rebirth file. Injected loops are a ban and cookie-stealer risk on a live 16-player place.
